Always try different menu items each time I visit this restaurant and have never been disappointed. Great food at reasonable prices. I eat there on almost ever trip I make to the Corvallis area.

We eat here often, or rather get it to go, since Chinese food always seems to taste better after it has been sitting in its own juices for a half hour or so! We have rarely been unsatisfied with our food! Once I learned the correct way to order my favorite dish, I've always been a happy customer! I highly recommend Tin Sing!!

The first time I went here I was a little scared because it didn't look like the cleanest place but I decided to give it a shot. The service was ok and the food was good. I had the crab cakes and orange chicken and they weren't bad. Nothing really to complain about exept how dirty it looks in there and that's a bit of a turn off for me.

For the area, it's a great option. It's not gourmet Chinese food. But it is family style Chinese food and the family running it is attentive, the staff is efficient and courteous. It's very affordable.

This place is not good. I'm not convinced the chicken was actually chicken. Its busy because it is the only choice for Chinese food in Junction City beside Safeway.

I'm not huge on this style of food, but I eat lunch in Junction City often and you can only take so much fast food. I liked that they had some lunch deals, which aren't as cheap as the fast food boys, but the meal was large enough to serve as my lunch and dinner. Not going to say I loved it, but I will return from time to time.

Took my clients here today, disgusting food. Over salted, tough meat, just a nightmare. Have upset stomach now. Hope I'm not poisoned.

This was not what I would call a good restaurant. We had Hot and Sour soup which was all Tofu and corn starch with no meat and little vegetable. We had pot stickers which were not browned enough and the sauce they offered was oil with a few pepper flakes added. I did ask for pot sticker sauce and was offered three different sauces one worse than the other. One tasted like Ketchup. We took the Mongolian beef home and again was very disappointed. No flavor could have been chop suey lots of onions with some tough meat. All in all I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Go to Eugene and find a good one. I was just too tired after spending all day getting my Motor Home repaired. Learned a good lesson If has one bad review in four do not go. Now it has two out of 6. Fran B

I'm not a huge fan of Chinese in general, but this place I must say was very good. The portions are very generous and the egg rolls really stood out!

Tin sing is great. I used to live out in the boonies near Monroe and ate here pretty frequently, and now living in eugene, I still don't mind taking the trip to JC. I always leave a happy camper. Their food is really good, especially for being pretty close to the middle of nowhere. It's never to greasy, and they always get my order right. So mad props to tin sing

I live here and its my favorite. Ive tried all the bad reviwer had and theyve always been good for me. The subgum does have alot of celery, but thats the way i like it, and there was plenty of meat. I likeTin sing better than any Eugene.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
